MOVING DANCE FORWARD ASSOCIATE

Commissioned by the Moving Dance Forward Associates scheme: a consortium supporting dance artists resident in the North West of England led by Dance Manchester and MDI in partnership with the Unity Theatre, Contact, The Lowry and University of Salford.

MOVES - INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL OF MOVEMENT ON SCREEN & THE WATCHING DANCE PROJECT

For the creation and performance of the solo live and interactive video work 'Red Rain'.

2009

THE IAN POTTER CULTURAL TRUST

Award to spend two weeks on professional development with the internationally respected teacher Janet Panetta in New York City, training in Panetta's linear classical ballet techniques for contemporary dancers.

AUSTRALIA COUNCIL FOR THE ARTS ‘FOOT IN THE DOOR’ EMERGING PERFORMERS INITIATIVE

This funding supported five months professional development with Buzz Dance Theatre.​​

Support to create the project 'Moment'.

ONCE DANCE UK - TEACHERS MENTORING PROGRAM

Participant in development programme as Mentee.

2013

ILLUMINATING YORK

A commission from Illuminating York, for the large-scale projection mapping and live performance work, 'The Ice, the Land, and the Sea' for the Yorvik Viking Centre. Created as part of Fiske & Crofts.

2009

TURN PRIZE

With collaborators Kate Engineer and Julia Griffin, the work 'Three Crows on the Road' was awarded the inaugural TURN Prize, by Dance Initiative Greater Manchester, greenroom and hAb.

2006

CREATIVE SPARKS

A partnership programme between Brisbane City Council and The Queensland Government via Arts Queensland. This award supported the exploration of video and interactive technologies into Bridget’s choreographic processes.
