For over 20 years Bridget has been delivering creative, artistic development and learning experiences across community, education and professional artistic contexts. This has included working with professional artists, students in all stages of education (early years to post graduate studies) and community groups.


    2019: HWY Festival La Boite Theatre Company

    Role: Delivery of 'They Gather' masterclass: Part 1, The Personal is Political'.

    2019: Supercell Festival Of Contemporary Dance

    Role: Co-delivery of 'They Gather' masterclass: Part 1, The People is Political'.


    2019: Dance Manchester

    Role: Delivery of day-long workshop supporting choreographic skill development of community dance group leaders.

    2017: Pro Active

    Role: Class Facilitator for Dance Manchester's professional class programme. Delivering Contemporary Dance Technique.

    2013: Dare Dance

    Role: Delivery of weekend intensive for dance, music and digital artists in Cumbria, to introduce skills in dance and interactive software Isadora in collaboration with Andrew Crofts.


    2011 & 2012: The Place Summerhouse

    Role: Delivery of week-long workshops series in dance and interactive environments with Andrew Crofts and Joseph Lau.


    2010: ‘Unaccompanied Pilots’ 

    Role: Mentoring emerging dance artists in the development of solo works as part of Z-arts artist development programme.


    2007-2008: Expressions Dance Company 

    Role: Regular delivery of company class.


    Guest Company Class delivery:

    Ludus Dance Company, Bangarra Dance Theatre, Tasdance, Dancenorth Australia and the cast of Opera Queensland Pearl Fishers


    2005: Zen Zen Zo Physical Theatre

    Role: Delivery of week-long summer intensive: ‘Creating new movement for physical theatre'.

    Belarus Free Theatre

    Role: As Choreographic / Movement & Rehearsal Director on various works, Bridget is responsible for delivering regular training to the ensembles she works with that responds to the demands of the work being created  and supports the wellbeing of the ensemble members.

    Out of the Blue Productions

    Role:  Workshop facilitation

    - Co-delivery of 2 days of physical  ensemble awareness and physical improvisation development workshops with Manchester Camerata.

    - Co-delivery of workshop with music students and staff at University of Salford.

    Role: Delivery of ‘Arts Foundation Studies’, ‘Visual and Performing Arts Curriculum’ and mentoring international MFA students.


    2001-2002, 2007-2008: The Aboriginal Centre for the Performing Arts

    Role: Delivery of Contemporary technique, Jazz, Fitness for dance, World dance studies and tutoring in academic written and communication skills.


    2016: Yuva Gati (South Asian Centre for Advanced Dance Training)

    Role: Guest delivery of contemporary dance technique during October intensive

    2015-current: National Centre for Circus Arts - Centre for Advanced Training

    Role: Delivery of a weekly contemporary technique dance class in Manchester

    2009-current: The Lowry Centre of Advanced Training in Dance

    Role: Regular delivery of contemporary technique, creative, contextual / appreciation, conditioning & choreographic studies classes, tutoring/ mentoring students, creation of new works and support artist / rehearsal direction on works by Joss Arnott, Akram Khan Company and more.


    ​2016-2017: Dance sessions for Home Educated youth ages 4 to 14 run by Dance Manchester

    Role: Facilitator.


    2009-2013 & 2015-2017: STRIDE 

    Role: Support Artist, Rehearsal Direction & Arts Awards delivery

    A young men’s (10-20yrs) dance project run by Dance Manchester and artistically directed by Company Chameleon. Performances including The Lowry (Salford Quays), British Dance Edition (Birmingham), Heilbron (Germany), Urban Moves International Dance Festival 2010 (Manchester) and Victoria Baths.

    2005-2008: Expressions Dance Company 

    Role: Delivery of Intermediate/advanced community classes and guest schools workshop delivery.

    2005-2008: Rio Rhythmics Latin Dance Academy

    Role: Development Facilitator and delivery of ‘Rio Jam’ a unique programmme for children 4-12years combining Latin, street and contemporary genres.

    Role: Guest workshop delivery in classical, contemporary and partnering techniques for Latin and Tango dancers.

    Festival workshop delivery:

    - UDance NW at The Lowry (4 editions since 2012 including facilitating 'The Body Of Us' workshops, Dance in Interactive Digital Environments, Dance in Site and on Wayne McGregor / Random Dance 'Mind and Movement'),

    - Powerkidz at the Brisbane Powerhouse (2005, 'Pulling Faces – Making Dance' and 'ShuffleIt'), and 

    - The Out fo the Box Festival (2000 The Dance Tent').


    Early and Secondary in-education delivery: 

    - Cledford Primary School for The Lowry, Corinda State High School, St Aidan’s Anglican Girl’s School and Indooroopilly Montessori Kindergarten.

    2006 - 2008: MAD Dance House

    Role: Delivery of contemporary and modern technique classes.


    1997 - 2008: River City Dance

    Role: Delivery of jazz, contemporary and classical techniques.

    Role: Choreography of solo, duo and ensemble contemporary and jazz works.
